The HORRIBLE lights in the parking lot by Peets on Homer
Around Town, posted by Lover of downtown, a resident of the Old Palo Alto neighborhood, on Apr 19, 2007 at 4:33 pm

Is anyone else disgusted by the huge, overly birght lights in the parking lot of Peet's on Homer Avenue? The one next to Whole Foods? They are so bright it hurts one's eyes!

It looks like a prison yard! Can't something be done to stop this? And I thought Palo Alto was going to join the Dark Sky movement..........

How about taking to the manager, and if that doesn't work, writing a letter to the corporate headquarters. Those things must cost a bundle in energy .

Are you not aware of the robberies that occurred in this area in the past? How much bitching would there be if it was all dark?
