Hi Diana,

Welcome back to Palo Alto to support our community. My major concern which doesn't seem to concern many others, is the dispicable mess at the University Ave/El Camino Real underpass. It is a huge weed patch, recently mowed down but still disgraceful. It is the ingress/egress to Palo Alto and Stanford. Who is responsible and why can't this on going mess be groomed? It is great on either side of the underpass.
