Gunn Student on Master Chef

Original post made by Paly Parent on Jun 16, 2014

Caught an episode of Master Chef this evening showcasing local girl Ahran Cho wowing the judges. I hope that this young lady's cooking skills are a lot better than her attitude towards other competitors. Article from the Paly Voice interviewing her Web Link

I should add in her favor that it might be the producers and the editors who make her appear so bad mannered. In this light, I hope she does well in her future culinary career.

Long hair near cooking utensils and around food preparation is considered unhygienic. If not taught at home, they teach it in the free cooking classes in the middle schools here.

Well it looks like her skills are better than her attitude as she won the challenge. Don't need to hate, Paly people.

Plenty of shoemakers can do ONE good dish.

But it's all for entertainment. These contestants are "chefs" in the way that John Wayne movies were WWII documentaries.

Go Ahran! Don't listen to those who have not done, you just keep doing!

1st rule in the kitchen: If you're not sure who the shoemaker is, it's you.

Regardless of what anyone thinks, it is truly amazing that this girl was able to qualify to appear on this TV show. We should be proud of her confidence and capability.
