State assembly candidates to meet in forum

Three candidates for the 24th State Assembly will meet in a forum Thursday, May 8, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Palo Alto Council Chambers, 250 Hamilton Ave.

It could not hurt to look up the contributors for each of the candidates—when that information exists.

Gordon's total for the years being reported upon on the Maplight WEB-site is: $736,771.
It seems that only ten contributors have made up over 50% of Rich Gordon's money—only 10!

It will be interesting to see if Gordon's opponents will be inquiring into Gordon's actions towards any of these high-dollar contributors.

Does Rich Gordon still think high speed rail will cure California of it's woes? I don't, but then again, I have not received a 6-figure donation from labor unions either. Coincidence?

Rich's unwavering support of the CA high speed rail project has caused me to never vote for him, and probably not this election cycle either.

This forum will be videotaped. It will be live on cable Channel 27 - 7 PM - 9 PM. It will be available on demand by Monday. The link will be on the Media Center's Election Coverage Page at: Web Link as will be a link for cable TV replays.
