Nice set of events.

However, how much carryover will there be? Simply being conscious of the Earth for one day, while ignoring it for the other 364, isn't going to do it these days.

Why do this on the weekend, during work hours, when no one can attend?????

Save these things for the weekends, like the smart merchants do!!!!!!!

Today is also Vladimir Lenin's birthday! Funny how the founders of Earth Day picked the same day as the birthday of the founder of the Soviet Union.

How is this 'funny'? "Funny how the founders of Earth Day"

Funny? as in "what part of 'conserve' is it that conservatives don't understand" kind of funny?

It's a stupid non sequitur, such as today is the anniversary of the start of the McCarthy televised hearings, therefore, as a tea bagger, Earth Day sucks.
