Ogwumike named to Wooden Award All-America team

Stanford senior basketball forward Chiney Ogwumike was named to the John R. Wooden Award All-America Team for the second straight year, the Los Angeles Athletic Club announced Wednesday.

She deserves an award for being a good guy too. After Stanford played the early game last Sunday the team sat in the stands to watch the late game. About a dozen young women (12 years and below) stopped by and asked to have their picture taken with her. She complied with all requests with a smile.
