Caring about residents

The productive new workers from around the globe are moving in. The government gave them visas at the request of corporate lobbyists. Kids from Gunn or Paly may or may not ever get a skilled job in Silicon Valley. If you don' t like it, find some other place to live. It is a "free" country in the sense that you are FREE TO LEAVE.. Which is not to suggest there is a free market controlling events. Housing is not allowed except in existing transportation corridors because the government says so. That works for some at the expense of others. Manipulation of available housing is a multi-national scam by which the rich get richer.
