The largest low incoming housing project in Palo Alto, the Buena Vista Mobile Home Park, is in danger of being turned into a luxury housing complex. Why not facilitate selling it to its residents?

Even doctors, unless they are plastic surgeons, cardiologists, or neurosurgeons, are having a hard time affording a home here. If you are not an upper-management techie, forget it.
