Stanford Grad Student Released on Bail

Original post made by Polard, Another Palo Alto neighborhood, on Oct 14, 2013

According to the Friday edition of the Daily Post, the Stanford Business Grad student who killed a man while driving intoxicated down Hwy 101 in the wrong direction was released on bail and not charged with any crime! He should have at least been charged with DUI and vehicular manslaughter, shouldn't he?
