Third-graders are targeted for bicycle education

Big enough to balance on a two-wheeler but still little enough to be impressionable, third-graders long have been the focus of intensive bicycle education in Palo Alto schools.

Are there any kids in Palo Alto? Who can volunteer to walk dogs? At the animal shelters? Pets In Need no kill shelter? SPCA?
