What's wrong with this?

Original post made by Maybell Neighbor, Green Acres, on Oct 10, 2013

I just saw this announcement:

Development Services Department announces it will host a public outreach to discuss the City of Palo Alto amendments to Calif Code of Regulations, Title 24, Wed Oct 30, 2012, 1:30 to 3pm in Council Chambers.

Since I have a life and family, and am already busy fighting the City's insane steamrolling of the neighborhood at Maybell, can someone please tell me what hidden bombs this amendment contains, so that I can protest now instead of when the result become apparent in some other giveaway to developers or erosion of quality of life?

If it doesn't, and you are sure, please include your name so I know you aren't the City Attorney or some other stooge trying to put another one over on the residents.
