On a balmy Wednesday evening, a half-dozen men stood expectantly outside Nathan Moroney's Evergreen Park home, awaiting news of his fate.

As to the Evergreen Park Guys: Some historians say that the First Continental Congress came about when a group of our Founding Fathers got together to play Go and drink Sam Adams Ale.

Sounds like a neighborhood I would never leave, if I lived there! Great to read about a real community, in the truest sense.
