Eden Housing Now Accepting Applications for 801 Alma

801 Alma features 49 new affordable 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom rental homes for lower-income families. Amenities at the property include an on-site manager, a community room; an onsite laundry; an outdoor landscaped courtyard with benches and a children's play yard; and a computer lab. This exciting new development is located in downtown Palo Alto in close proximity to transit and amenities, and includes many sustainable features for energy and water conservation.
801 Alma will be affordable to family households earning 30% to 50% of the Santa Clara County Area Median Income.
Community meetings will be held at the Avenidas Senior Center La Comida Room, located at 450 Bryant Avenue in Palo Alto on:
• Monday, April 8, 2013 at 6:30 PM
• Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 6:30 PM
