Big deal - EVERYONE has a gay cousin, or uncle or aunt!! That was Milk's entire campaign, and 30 years later, it's proved correct - the public has come around to support gay rights.

Just because you may not know it doesn't mean anything.

Don't all married justices need to recuse themselves? Quite the conflict.

Kevin: please link to those WIDE REPORTS of Kagan. Or are they just bigots raising questions? Or are you just going on the fact she's a woman who loves playing sports?

Now that I think of it, hmmmm, let me check my FB page of friends, ummm, yup, sure enough, I have several friends with the name Kevin that are widely reported to, well, ahem, can I say this in mixed company? They, golly, 'love playing sports', uhhh, but you know what THAT means, with all that high fiving and slapping each other on the behind...

.... well, you know.... though one is actually married, but that might be a beard, ya know...

A few of the justices reportedly have second cousins (by marriage) who are stupid and narrowminded. Should they recuse themselves too?

Diplomatic JD: is it just 'reported'? or is it WIDELY reported?

The more I think about it, the more I'm pretty sure that heterosexuals may have to be recused, as well. Look at all the harm that heterosexuals have done over the generations.

Why, I just watched the 3rd episode of The Vikings on the history channel, with all that raping, pillaging and plundering.....

Everyone knows someone who is gay, should they not vote on this? Everyone knows someone who is hetero, should they not vote on this? What a lame discussion. Sounds like the Prop 8 people are trying to keep people from voting!
