A question: How about making note of a day when their is NO mention of any crime in EPA? THAT would be newsworthy!

^^^^What a lousy comment to make!^^^^ What local community goes a day w/out crime? None! But the interesting kernel in your lousy point is that there is a lot of good news in EPA, and many interesting people. Your local news site here isn't committed to writing about that, though. EPA has various ways of getting info out & about, as well as its own news site. So the problem is more the perception & the assumption of people like you.
