Shots fired at car that crashed on 101

A car that crashed on southbound U.S. 101 in San Mateo County on Sunday afternoon was shot at by another vehicle, injuring at least one person, according to Belmont police.

Probably gang related but it would not surprise me if it is road rage. Just fortunate no one else was hurt in this mayhem.
