New real estate bubble.

No, it's just how Palo Alto has always been. Prices did not go down that much when the bubble burst nationwide a few years ago. Now we are back to where we were before plus more...

If Sol understands why PA market did not go down like other cities in the bay area, then he can have more ideas in projecting the future market. IT's all supply & demand ECON 101
