I guess he missed the train.
This was probably frightening for the homeowner, but a little bit funny as an outsider. Glad he didn't get hurt.
Now here's a guy with a real problem. Alexis Drive is way the heck over on the other side of 280 where there are no trains anywhere remotely in the area.
I thought I had heard them all!!
What is he studying at Stanford?
Of Stanford? Was he a student? Sounds like he needs to be sentanced to rehab.
What does this guy do at Stanford?!
He's in "training"
At least he finally got to where he belongs.
LMFAO!! Nice one
He definitely missed the train on that one!!
I understand this may have frightened the owner and I feel for you however this was a good laugh.
First we can't afford high speed rail. Then we can't afford to upgrade Caltrain. Now they're running roofs because they can't afford real trains.
What are we coming to?
They are coming to the sewer drain.
It sounds as if the man was intoxicated to the point of blackout. Why was "drunk in public" not included in the charges? I hope that he gets the help he needs. He is probably an alcoholic who is clueless about the nature of his disease. There is help for him out there. Maybe he will be lucky enough to be sentenced to AA!
maybe he was overwhelmed by the linsanity. he was just celebrating the liberation of the asian soul.
Driving that train
High on cocaine
Casey Jones is ready
Watch your speed
And you know that notion
Just crossed my mind
Better on a roof than behind the wheel of a car.
Or on the roof of a moving car.
It's particularly scary at night when it's dark. Those roofs come from above without notice. There are no flashing lights, no warning gate and no loud bells that would alert you of an oncoming set of shingles.
We were lucky this time that the young man was not seriously hurt. I hope City of Palo Alto and the Stanford University community seize this opportunity to quickly get together.
I say it is high time for our elected officials and Stanford higher-ups take action before additional innocent people are subjected to these dangerous stationary objects that are so easily confused with trains.
So did he get to the Stanford VS> Cal game or what?
It seems a lot like a fraternity hazing incident to me. Get someone really drunk and then put them in a strange place with a strange story. I wonder why no one else suggested that possibility.
23 year old Grad student I'm assuming? How drunk do you have to be? Sounds a bit like a made up story.
Maybe he is dual majoring in Enology and Toxicology?
Or, maybe he is earning his M.S. in A.A?
Maybe a new slogan
Drinking and riding the rails fad
Sounds like he was wai on the wong side of town for catching the train.
Don't miss out on the discussion!
