A group of Chinese government officials visited East Palo Alto Tuesday, Feb. 21, to learn about the city's rent stabilization policies.

Would love to read the trip report that this delegation offers up to their superiors when they get back to the Chinese Mainland.

Why would a Communist Government need rent Stabilization?

Capitalism alive and well inside China! I'll bet there are a few communist leaders with assets!
