Serious police action on 101, EPA at Embarcadero

Original post made by Bob, Community Center, on Feb 20, 2012

There has been serious police action on 101 and at Embarcadero, East Bayshore, and probably the Home Depot shopping Center. Highway was closed with chains across - high speed chase into EPA. On TV and just ending. Avoid the area. qqq - please clue us in.

Some kind of slow speed CHP chase started in Livermore and ended on University Avenue. Sounds like the CHP deployed a spike strip in Mountain View, forcing the truck to stop where it did.
