Risking time in prison for $1400? Pathetic.

For them to hit a store thats that exposed off a major street like that means they obviously aren't too worried about the "abundance" of PAPD patrolling the area.

the cops are ''busy'' looking for people littering or smokin pot. or who appear racially unacceptable.

No risk of time in prison for a non-violent, non-threatening crime. Prison's are full. Does anyone know whether all those county light-pole-top video cameras are recorded or just realtime monitors? I think I once counted 14 of them at Page Mill and ECR. Resolution is good enough to track a white pick-up from intersection to intersection.
