How did the promoters of Measure E were able to fool so many Palo Altans will likely be a mistery that will puzzle us for years to come. One would've thought that once the big money from developers started to roll in, common sense would bring the majority to its senses--but sadly, it didn't.

It's like the school and library bonds. Quite amazing how predictable the result are!!! We have no clue..
