So how do you figure that building is historic? Its not old, its not architectually significant. Its an ugly box.

Same old, same old from Daniel Mart.
Speculation on fantasies to come--without any effort made on his part. Daniel has already alienated the PA City Council and the current owner of the site.
What is most disturbing is that Daniel throws around terms like "historic" and discrimination", when he clearly has no idea what those words mean. This is not a case of discrimination and it hurts those that are truly discriminated against, when opportunists like Daniel use that term in a completely false context.
The PA Bowl is gone. Daniel had years to do something about it (i.e. raise money to buy it). He somehow begrudges the original owner the right to sell his own private property because of his selfish desires . He now expects the City of Palo Alto to somehow buy back the property and run it so that Daniel can have a place where he can entertain himself!!! At our expense!!!
