Hetch Hetchy right of way trhought Palo Alto

Original post made by Kevin, Midtown, on Aug 5, 2011

The upcomming testing of the PG&E gas pipline, with its various right of ways (ROWs), reminded me of the the Hetch Hetchy ROWs through Palo Alto. This has always been a bit of a "hush hush" subject, because I think it has been overbuilt, illegally, by some residents. Does anybody have a reference to an actual ROWs map through Palo Alto? I think there are two ROWs through PA, but I am not sure.
