Judge finds Elarms incompetent to stand trial

A judge today found Gregory Elarms, the man accused of murdering East Palo Alto community activist David Lewis in the parking lot of San Mateo's Hillsdale Mall last year, incompetent to stand trial.

What went wrong ?Not sure ,but I can say this Greg better known as DOG was like a uncle to me.His nephew (Tega)R.I.P we grew up together.When we was young Tega would always ask for a dollar,and DOG would say here take two dollars give your friend one.My point friendship had a meaning to him and I realized that.If somebody put a street gang on your helmet you would have to make some serious choices.
