Paly's Tosky breaks national swim record at CCS

Palo Alto junior Jasmine Tosky set the stage for an exciting final day of the Central Coast Section Swimming and Diving Championships by setting a national record in the 100-yard butterfly during Friday's preliminaries at the George F. Haines International Swim Center in Santa Clara.
