Original post made on Mar 8, 2011

Find it interesting that Palo Alto online decided to write about the play written by Mrs. Franco. Most of the times performances at the Children's Theater are ignore by local press. I hope more attention will be given to plays that does not involve recognized authors. Our local theater and our kids deserve attention for their hard work and entertaining value.

This play highlights the pressures on our teenagers, so it may be an appropriate enlightenment play at this time. But then again, James Franco is her son. And those lucky actors got to meet him on Monday back stage!

Lucky actors just because they met James Franco??? I don't think so. Our kids are lucky to have a great theater in their home town. I agree, the local papers should give more attention to the theater even when there is no big name behind it.

The local papers should give more attention to not just the Children's Theatre productions but also all the wonderful theater and music performances at our local schools.
