I am curious about the basis for the pronouncements that Baum was "personally liked" and that he "deserves credit for some cost-cutting" in the City Attorney's Office. According to my knowledge and sources, there are many who would dispute both statements, and I question the appropriateness of your newspaper making them without attribution, explanation or alternative viewpoint.
