Con man allegedly commits crime behind bars

You can't keep a good con man down. Simon Gann, a convicted fraudster who allegedly sweet-talked a Menlo Park woman into a relationship and out of money by pretending to be a millionaire math savant, has earned four additional felony charges despite being locked up.

I live in another neighborhood, but my new neighbor is a con artist under the guise of a licensed plumber who also works for a private san jose based water company. He would think nothing of ripping you off even if you are a neighbor
