Your Tax Dollars at Work
Original post made by JW, Charleston Gardens, on Aug 5, 2010
With the uncertainty about the future of Cubberley, and with all the detiorating buildings, it would seem our money could be better spent rebuilding some of the classrooms. Who knows, ten years from now, that parking lot may be built over and be part of a high school!!!
Given the deteriorating infrastructure throughout Palo Alto, tearing up and laying new asphalt on half the Cubberley parking lot would be at the bottom of my to do list. I have to believe there are better places to spend our tax dollars.
