Drunk-driving arrests top 1,700

More than 1,700 people have been arrested in the Bay Area for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the first 14 days of a regional anti-DUI crackdown.

How is that "2 deaths" number figured? Weren't 3 people killed by in a single drunk driving crash in Hayward?
