Medical groups to launch new SM County clinic

A new medical clinic, the "Peninsula Medical Group," to serve San Mateo County residents is being created by the Palo Alto Medical Foundation and Burlingame-based Mills-Peninsula Medical Group -- in part because of a physician-recruitment challenge.

A clinic near Peninsula Hospital?

So what happened to the plans to build an actual hospital (or surgical Doc-In-the-Box) in San Carlos?
