Traffic Signal Light Down at Churchill and ECR

Original post made by McGrude, College Terrace, on Dec 9, 2009

On my way to work this morning there was a traffic signal light blocking lane three and the turn lane from Churchill onto El Camino Real.

This was at about 9:15 AM. It must have just happened as there were no PAPD or PA Util. vehicles there yet.

Ouch. I'd hate to be the driver that knocked it over, but at least it didn't look like anyone was hurt.
