I read in the paper that El Carmelo School had an arson last night. The previous night Fairmeadow School had an arson. JLS has had arsons over the last few months. In Mitchel Park all last year I saw evidence of arson (garbage cans, park benches, playground equipment, tennis court surface and nettings). Can the PAPD and PAUSD get together and come up with serious plans to catch this person? It's escalating quickly.
