-------- EAST MEADOW CIRCLE CONCEPT PLAN MEETING THIS WEDNESDAY --------------

The third meeting for the East Meadow Circle Concept Plan is coming up! It
will be held this *Wednesday, September 16th from 7 to 9 p.m. at Palo Verde
Elementary*. The concept plan is part of a project to amend the City's
Comprehensive Plan. At this workshop, participants will hear about the draft
Preferred Alternative for the East Meadow Circle area and have the

Planning and Transportation Commission when it reviews the Preferred

I attended this meeting as well as the previous meetings and I would like to say thank you to all those involved, both from the City and from the design company, for listening and taking the interests of residents into account when coming up with solutions.

Although there were still some small criticisms and differences of opinions, I think everyone in attendance would agree that some positive work has been done and that overall the proposals are in keeping with what Palo Alto needs.
