the HP spying scandal drags on

Several HP executives and contractors plead guilty to identity theft and fraud charges back in 2007. I don't know why sentencing this last guy is taking so long.

I believe it took so long because of prosecutorial overcharging. It was at most a misdemeanor, and uncovered a more egregious, possibly more criminal breach of trust.
