Pipe bomb found during traffic stop near I-280

A pipe bomb was discovered during a traffic stop on an off-ramp from southbound Interstate Highway 280 in unincorporated Santa Clara County Sunday morning, prompting the closure of the off-ramp for almost two hours, according to the California Highway Patrol.
