3 concerns:

1. Sloppy seconds. IBM took a dip, pulled out and was gone before morning without ever calling again. Sun went to old boyfriend Larry for comfort from the pain. Larry will date the slutty dot in dot com, his reputation is already tarnished and greasy, he doesn't care. Just another greasy ego move to 'show' IBM his slickness.

2. Oracle is bound to fire about 50% of the VP/Directors at Sun. Why this company is so top heavy with blowhards is partly why it failed. Every company needs some lower level grunts selling, servicing and marketing. Firing these VP's is going to have an impact on Bay Area real estate.

3. Tech has matured, is boring 1980/90's material and for folks a couple years away from pooing in diapers.
