Two East Palo Alto men wounded in shooting

A 29-year-old Menlo Park man and a 34-year-old Union City man were injured in a shooting in East Palo Alto Thursday night, police said Friday. At about 8:45 p.m., officers went to the 2300 block of Clarke Avenue on reports of the shooting. Additionally, the city's "Shotspotter" system alerted police of 15 gunshots in the area.

Disgusting. 15 gunshots. I will never, ever understand such thuggish dangerous juvenile behavior. The penalties for even discharging a weapon, whether someone is hit or not, should be made more stringent.
