What caused the power outage in South Palo Alto

Hi -- does anyone know what caused the power outage in south palo alto tonight? It was out from roughly about 6:30 to 8:30.

The squirrels on the wind farm are protesting low nut counts in their morning feeds on the collective. They are demanding a bail-out.

I am sure you know it is hard work in the peoples paradise to save the earth. (Ms. Pelosi on camera: Web Link @0:58)

Remember in Palo Alto the word is "From each according to his ability, to each according to his need or needs"
