Affordable-housing project divides neighbors

City leaders may laud affordable housing as a pressing need in Palo Alto, but at least some residents remain concerned and skeptical — particularly when that housing is slated to open up just few doors down.

Why do these new housing developments NEVER have enough parking????

For 34 studios, at least 50 parking spots are needed, if not 60. Unless all the residents happen to be single, which is clearly not going to be the case.

All the neighboring communities will have to deal with this dearth of parking spilling over - namely the Ventura and Arbor Real areas.
