Stanford exempt from social host ordinance

Santa Clara County supervisors have approved a social host ordinance aimed at curtailing underage alcohol drinking in unincorporated areas of the county.

I should probably know the answer to this, but I do not - what is the penalty as it relates to similar situations in Palo Alto - i.e., an incorporated town?
