Plastic grocery /shopping bags - again

As someone who is doing my best to always have reusable bags when I go shopping and collecting all the plastic bags that come into my house to take to recycle at one of the markets, I do like to buy plastic liners for my trash cans. I reuse bags for bedroom and bathroom use and often put messy stuff in smaller bags for the kitchen trash, but since I have built in large trash/recycling bins in my kitchen, there is very little alternative to buying bags. I could do without, but that tends to get messy and since we are supposed to be conserving water use, I hate to have to hose down the outside trash bins, and I do use my bags more than once more often than not, but I still want my plastic liners.
So, when we take these plastic bags back to the market, are they recycled into trash bags and if so, where do we buy these bags from. I would love to use bags made from recycled material, but can't find them anway. Any ideas anyone?
