Are the police going to keep looking for the actual suspect, or are they going to give up like when that girl got shot outside of the Q Cafe a few years ago?

I have no doubt that the police are actively pursuing the murder suspect, not an easy task I'm quite sure. And for your information, they never gave up on the Q Cafe case. Just last year they introduced a case to the grand jury for a potential indictment. What information are you relying on to pass your judgments, or is this just another example of someone who is uninformed with a personal agenda?

Is he allowed to delay the plea indefinately?

Why is it allowed to be delayed a whole month?

One thing that these articles should speciy: Where is the suspect being held?
