Hurrah, I'm glad their complaining about City services being lavished on that neighborhood. Perhaps we can save some money and have them leave College Terrace alone.

Are they waking babies or just disgruntled Seniors?

Please Mr. Mayor, if College Terrace doesn't want the work, come and repair the sewers and gas lines on my street!!!!

Some people are not familiar with Public Works style, digging down then closing up the hole, then coming back in a few weeks and digging up the same spot. On my corner in another part of town it happened 4 times over a few months.
Maybe that accounts for Public Works huge budget.

Palo Altans are never happy. For months now residents have been complaining about the lack of improvements to infrastructure. Here is a neighborhood that is obviously getting the improvements we've all been asking for and they're complaining!!!!

At this point I feel sorry for the Utility Department who are only doing what we've been asking them to do for months if not years.

If College Terrace doesn't appreciate what they are getting, move the infrastructure improvements to neighborhoods who have been begging for them.
