this is the most ridiculous article that i have ever seen and the researchers at stanford should be ashamed of themselves for being woefully ingnorant of the issue of hgh, and for shoddy "reporting."

first of all, stanford didn't do a study. they reviewed previously done studies. secondly, the studies they looked at weren't involved with improving performance. finally, these studies - and this horrendous review - ignore the reality that hgh is used in greater dosages, with more regularity, in conjunction with steroids and other drugs and for longer peroids of time than allowed the legit world of medicine.

all in all this is a terrible item. those who use hgh to get ahead are laughing at how this article is being presented.
