The Color of Palo Alto wrap to cover City Hall

A prelude to the complex public art project known as The Color of Palo Alto will be all over City Hall this week, literally.

I'm sure the color has changed since 2005 with all the new McMansions that have popped up since. LOL

And another waste of tax payers money on a frivolous idea. But at least it didn't cost as much as the Homer Tunnel or $240,000 for a director of environment.

I hope the new members of the City Council will have more respect for our limited revenues; the previous ones did not.

An artist tells me that when you mix a lot of colors together you get brown. So we can look forward to some shade of brown?
I can understand why Hewlett Packard put money into this, but why did the city? Was it the influence of the previous councilman from HP? It does sound like an engineering project.
