Joanna,

It takes a bit of work, but you can find it following this path:

Web Link

In the Feb 19 agenda as posted on the media center website. It's item #9. Watching the segment, it was unanimously passed by council.

Follow up on the City Clerk website here:

Web Link

Read the item for Feb 19, item 9. You'll see the new HR position on page 109.

Thanks! Will look at it later tonight or so. This stuff needs to be made public and it should be made easy. Good work!

Is this the correct order?

Russ gets his position without posting the job?

Russ is Franks friend from So Cal?

Russ gets up to $500 for 60 months. I thought he had a good job there and could afford to pay for his own houseing?

Frank is asked/told to leave.. But he is given time to stack the deck. {6mo's}

A Employee, who might have a HISTORY of having an AXE. Who likes to give the other EMPLOYEE's 40 wacks. Gets picked.

So this NEW position is given to this person.

No posting...Of this job?

Now this is a 141k a year job? New postion.

This could add 3 new Employee's at 47k a year. That would be a 3:1 ratio.

This is MID YEAR.. How many new Mid year. Before the CITY MAMAGER has to go promotion have happened in the PAST?

Now this does not sound STRANGE?
