It is so good to see that Aaron Katz has finally been stopped in his blatant attempt to hold school and hospital construction projects at bay in order to fatten his bank account. Kudos to the judge who ruled against him, and the school district that did not pay him off through a settlement offer.

Katz was awarded a $250,000 settlement from one of his Mountain View suits.
