Prosecute every one of them.

Sentence: one year; full time.

The punishment: require each one of the perpetrators to work on the grounds of the fraternity house that they invaded. They should be supervised in activities like grounds-keeping, inside housekeeping, etc. Their performance shuold be erated by groundskeeping and internal housekeeping staff.
